Draft at Het Rootz Lentebierfestival ‘19. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of pizza, oregano and lemon. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at Rootz lentebierfestival. Slight hazy yellow with white head. Basil, pizza, oregano, sour wheat, light flowers. Medium sour, light bitter, very light sweet and salty. Under medium bodied. Tastes like pizza 🍕.

Taster at the brewery. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Very interesting use of spices, origano, basil, parsley. Acidity underneath and very light grainy aromas. Good balance. Flavour is spicy and herbal again, origano dominates, some garlic follows, bread. Light lactic acidity. Light body, lasting spicy and herbal finish. Odd but nice.
