Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, fruity malt, brett, leather, dark berries - blackcurrant, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. The aroma up front is tart and fantastic, but changes drastically on the finish to a dank earthy brett smell. The taste Is somewhere between, but the fruit is perfectly balanced and the malt bill is great. A showcase for brettanomyces. Wroclaw bottle shop

Barwa różowo-czerwona, piana różowa, piwo zamglone, piana dość obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie bretty i czarna porzeczka. W smaku półwytrawne, kwaśność na poziomie średnim z plusem, sporo czarnej porzeczki, uzupełnionej o stajnię, skórę, zgniłe owoce, co bardzo dobrze zagrało. Wysycenie średniowysokie, prawidłowe, goryczki brak, ale jest taniniczość na języku, dość konkretne, nieźle pijalne. Wszystko to, czego można się było spodziewać, tutaj występuje w tym piwie, prawidłowo.

On tap. Red colour, small head. Aroma is lots of yoghurt, funky, some cherry. Lightly sour. Soft carbonation. Fantastic.

Flavor is light sour, little yeast, sour fruit, berries, some burnt rubber notes. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sour finish. 081117

Butelka. Różowe, bez piany, zmętnione. W aromacie wyraźna, surowa dzikość. Można by nią jak młotem skały łupać. Wyczuwalne też owoce, ale ja bym bardziej obstawiał coś a'la czereśnie niż czarną porzeczkę. W smaku lekko kwaskowate, zdecydowanie owocowe. Z wyraźnie tanicznym, cierpkim i ściągającym finiszem, który... no właśnie, to chyba zależy od gustu. Dla mnie był trochę męczący. Ogólnie nie było źle, ale piłem ciekawsze dzikusy.
