Dark chestnut brown with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of toffee and dark sugar with bubblegum and spice. Sweet malty flavour with bubblegum and caramel. Not trappist level, but very good.

Butelka 330ml (BB 06.2018, 10.5 ABV). Ciemno-miedziane, mgliste, czerwonawe pod światło z niewielką beżową, drobną pianą, wyraźnie osadzającą się na ściankach szkła. Aromat delikatny, słodowy z nutami karmelu i delikatnej czekolady a w miarę ogrzewania się piwa uwydatniają się nuty owocowe, leciutko winne typowe dla belgijskich drożdży i dominują już do końca nabierając rozpędu z czasem. W smaku słodkie, owocowo-winne, musujące delikatnie na języku choć całkowicie gładkie w konsystencji, słodowe, ciut karmelowe bez cienia wyczuwalnego alkoholu. Ogólnie bardzo smaczny przedstawiciel Belgii.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark copper-ish chestnut colour with slightly late awakening, small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Really complex aroma confronts the nose with an armada of flavours originating from smoky, nuttily, bready malty and fruity regions, permanently displaying new and/or differently combined aspects: hints of smoke, smoked ham, nougat, toffee, brown bread, dried fruit, raisin, fig, some milk chocolate, toffee. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly smoky, chocolatey dark malty, fruity, notes of orange flavoured milk chocolate, a touch of smoked ham, some nougat, red fruit, dried fruit, cherry, plum, raisin, red berries, a minimally alcoholic touch; soft, silky palate. Highly drinkable, astonishingly light. Superb sipper.
