This low strength hoppy Pale was brewed with our friend Averie from Jester King in Texas. We dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado and fermented with the New England yeast strain WLP095.

Can. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grapefruits, pineapple and some mild nectar tones. Flavour is mild grains, grapefruits, pineapple and some mild oaty tones.

Quite sharp, only hint of mango, resin, pine. Something a little sticky and a hint of spice. Nice, but maybe a bit old.

Can 440ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Cloudwater / Jester King Present Catch My Eye ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity yeast - minerals. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, fruity, citrus, pale malt, sweet fruit, light lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty peachy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty peachy citrus hoppy finish.

440ml can @ Station. Pours misty gold, medium white head. Aroma of soft opal fruits. Taste misty smooth exotic citrus, grapefruit.. fairly light, some mango, lightly sweet malt, drying close. Good seshy pale.

Can 440ml (BGonzo, P301017)
Hazy yellow colour, medium-sized white head and some lace. Gooseberry, citrus and juicyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Gooseberry, grapefruit, not so sweet pineapple and orange juice juicyness in the flavour. With 4.7% light, easy drinker but with decent juicyness. Although collab, no goofing here.

440ml can from Hop Burns & Black. Canned 301017. Cloudy yellow orange, slightly fruity and grassy with some citrus, tropical notes, pine and hints of harsh bitterness. A bit light bodied.

Can at CBC Islington - thanks to Colin! It pours crazy cloudy with a massive white head. The aroma is fresh, biscuity malt, peach, nectarine, quite bright, dried mango,some creaminess and solera ice cream. The taste is slick, oily, smooth, limited bitterness, pithy, zesty, dried mango, passion fruit, nectarine, solera and bread. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather quaffable. Easy drinking hop juice.

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrus fruits, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, exotic fruits, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.
