This low strength hoppy Pale was brewed with our friend Averie from Jester King in Texas. We dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado and fermented with the New England yeast strain WLP095.

Can@Valby tasting - Fuzzy yellow pour with white head. Citrus fruity light pale malty, with some notes of lemon and grapefruit, light delicate hoppy, pale malty backing, yeasty touch, fruity hoppy finish.

Can at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose of lemon peel, grapefruit, lemon ice. Flavours of lemon, touch of lime, grapefruit. Nice.

Can shared at Craft Beer Co Islington 29/11/2017. Many thnaks to Cloin. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroa is nice green hop onion, pencil, woody, Flavour is composed of light grainy, wheat, bready ,pineapple, mango, spicy woody, pine. Palate is wheat, moderate carboantion, . Nice. Easy going. 8.4.8.4.16

Can at home picked up from Bottle Shop Druid Street. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice soft wheaty grains, tangy pineapple, mellow dank citrus. Flavour is composed of bread, white wheat, chalky, pithy citrus, light pineapple, light wallpaper paste. Palate is light chalky, little thin, highish carbonation. 8.5.7.3.15.

Can split at CBC Islington, thanks to ME NOT FUCKEN DAVE ... just like the tim I brought along other halfs and every juan presumed it was Leighton and thanked him ... attention to detail guys it's all laid down who brung wat! 29/11/17. Hazed golden pour with a decent off white head. Nose is pine needle, orange pith, melon, straw, soft bread. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grapefruit, melon, tangerine, pineapple, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking APA.

Can shared in London - cheers to Dave! Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Rindy snout, peach, lemon. Light sweet flavour with mild rindy bitterness, dry pale malts, hay, peach. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, more citrus rind. Solid.

Draft @ Cloudwater TTP, Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Split with Filip. Dorée paille assez trouble, col blanc crémeux. Arôme est plus centré sur un malté léger retrouve cependant un houblonné qui apporte des effluves d’agrumes, et résineux qui ressort un peu plus. Palais est amer, sec avec un caractère houblonnage à cru. Biscuité, fruité et fleuri, note rappelant un bol de céréales avec un fini épicé venant de la levure neipa. Stonefruit et fini restant sec sur la fin.
