This low strength hoppy Pale was brewed with our friend Averie from Jester King in Texas. We dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado and fermented with the New England yeast strain WLP095.

(440ml can from Hop Burns and Black, canned Oct 30) ~4wo @ drinking. Pours a very hazy medium gold with a big loose white head that's stable and leaves a wall of lace. Aroma pretty over ripe and fruity, notes of lychee, mango, cantaloupe, citrus pith. Flavour is light and pretty clean, notes of melon, zesty lemon-lime, grapefruit, grass, crackery and mineral core, citrus pith on the back end. Off-dry, finishing dry with light bitterness. Fairly light bodied, average carbonation. Smells lush but drinks more crisp and lean, refreshing though. Solid hoppy pale.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dy and with decent fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Airy thin malts, mildly sweet. Smooth piney hop and hop skunk. Trace of garlic and onion hop filth. Mild hop spice and more pine. Finishes light and semi dry, Pine led APA and it's decent but somehow lacks a core.

440ml can from Cheese & Wine shop, Darlington. Hazy yellow colour, foamy white head leaving lacing and tropical passionfruit aroma. Taste is malt caramel, grain, with zesty citrus and juicy fruit hop tangy bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry fruity bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

440ml can. Murky golden with a smooth creamy white head, great retention. Aroma is citrus, tropical, grapefruit, mango, lychee. Taste is more tropical, green, slightly dank, citrus, mango, grapefruit, melon, lychee, sweet, bready malt, finish is bitter. Light-medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Decent.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has pine and some peach, taste has some bready malts, some floral action, peach, some grapefruit, slightly dank.

Can thanks to Cloin. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is melon, citrus, pine. Medium body, lemon zest, melon, grass, light bitterness, very good.

Can from Cork & Cask. Milky golden body with a medium white head. Good lacing. Aroma of lime pith and cracker. Flavour of grapefruit and lemon zest. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Clean and crisp with a nice citrus edge.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Fresh hop flower hoppy aroma. Lots of fresh hop flabourdry hopping i guess. Lightly dank. Fine. Light bitterness.
