This low strength hoppy Pale was brewed with our friend Averie from Jester King in Texas. We dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado and fermented with the New England yeast strain WLP095.

Can from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour. The aroma is skunky malt, stone fruits, melon, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, crisp fresh, watery mineral, light melon, light dry spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Nice but I expected better.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Dirty yellow. Fairly hazy. Swirl of white head. Nose has grapefruit and some rotten melon. Some smoke. Some stone fruit. Leans toward vegetal. Taste is dry, and pithy, citrusy bitter. Light body. Crisp carbonation. Pithy bitterness leads to a dry finish. Under par.
