Slightly pale golden color. Very grassy nose with some dry dog food. Slightly sweet palate with decent grassiness. Not as perfectly balanced as hoped, modest bitterness. Pretty good but not that special.

Nonic pint showing straw with sparse white foam. The nose shows intense notes of corn malts. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel. Light corn maltiness throughout with a very mild bitterness at the finish. Very simple, taking no chances.
