On tap at Delirium Café pouring hazy deep gold with micro thin white head. The modest aroma offers up soft yeasty tartness and a good deal of tart and bitter citrus notes. The taste is crisp and quickly moves into tartness and lemon / lime like acidity as well as some lime peel. This has a good deal of grapefruit like citrus tartness and bitterness going on here.

draft @ Delirium.

Draft at the Tour de Geuze 2011. Cloudy yellow color, medium large bubble head that disappears quickly. Aroma of sweetened lemons. Taste is citrus, only slightly dry and sour at the finish. Nice.

Draught at Delirium Café. Rather light copper-orange color with light bubbles. Lemony aroma with some dust. Very lemony, dusty flavor with minerals, mild sweetness. Slightly funky but otherwise dry and mild. Easy to drink and tasty.

1 year old lambic at Delerium, based on the presence: hazy orange with a semi lasting, bubbly and white head I think this is the Jonge Lambik. Aroma sweet malty, light grassy hoppy. Sweet malty flavoured, light bitterness and vague citrusy note lurking through. Bitter and slight spiced flavoured finish.

[9/8/09] Bag in box at Delirium Cafe in Brussels. Golden-bronze color with a very bubbly small white head. Aroma has some funky cheese, barnyard notes and citrus. Sour bretty flavor, but with very noticable residual sugars that disappear towards a dry, slightly astringent, finish with some lemon and grapefruit. Very lightly carbonated, but still haven’t really matured yet.

At the brewery - 3 months old. Very hazy orange body without head off course. You can tell from the looks it’s very young. Sweet, little bit acidic aroma, smells still like wort. Very hoppy bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Quite ok, but a little bit older should be better.
