Sicero

Golden colour, clear. Aroma is juicy rustic apple, a bit of flowery notes. Taste is lightly sour, not sweet but also not bone dry. Very pleasant mouthfeel, slightly thick, stays on the tongue and gives light astringent feeling, also carbonation is just right. Drinkable until the end. One of the best ciders in Poland. Quite similar to good ciders from Normandy. Too bad the bottle is small.and expensive.

Unclear golden with no head. Stark dry, tart apples, some twigs. Pretty rough yet plain stuff with little complexity. Still a decent and natural aroma. Nothing like French or UK cider, more similar to Scandinavian and Dutch efforts.
