Goudblonde dorstlesser met licht moutzoete aanzet gevolgd door een mooie hopbitterheid. Samenspel van kruidige accenten met fruitigheid en het typische saisongistkarakter.

2 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to tderoeck, 77ships, Jerre, Kevin & Anke! Clear golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of grass, jenever, young cheese, hay, white bread, white pepper, 'wet' grain. Taste is light fruity sweet, a bit banana estery, more prominent notes of apple peel, apricot & cheese, supported by a 'white' bready malty base; light to medium spicy bitter middle has white pepper, grass & yeasty touch, some sourish wheat too. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, lingering yeast, bread, faintest touch of grain jenever. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Bit messy overall, has slight potential though.

2/II/19 - sample @ Brugs Bierfestival, BB: n/a - (2019-182) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing todays' beers!
Clear orange to blond beer, big creamy off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty dirty, veal stock, dead yeast, highly unpleasant, overripe banana, don't like it at all… MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: spicy, herbal, bit yeasty, dry, unpleasant bitterness, cow fodder, pretty weird. Aftertaste: very malty, grains, unripe banana, don't like it…
