Jet black with light tan head. Chocolate, cinnamon, banana, maple and vanilla notes. Not too sweet. Lovely.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Enid Street, 18/12/24. Black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is big on maple syrup, molasses, toffee fudge, mellow roast. Taste comprises maple syrup pancakes, molasses, sticky caramel, light roasted tones, brown sugar melt. Medium bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Fun sipper and gets the fucken maple syrup message across big tim!

Tap at cbj. A hazed dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting halo of tan head. Aroma is nice big maple syrup, brown sugars, cake batter, waffle, brown sugars, cinnamon touch. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, spicy cinnamon maple syrup, Warming alcohol, spicy. Finish. Palate is semi sweet moderate fine carbonation, some alcohol bite in the finish.

Keg at CBJ. Semi opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, decent dark chocolate. Some spice. Abundant maple. Modest vanilla. Light and fairly crisp finish. Very maple.

750ml bottle 2020 vintage pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is big sweet maple syrup some toast and rich malts. Taste is more of the maple syrup forward chocolate French toast nailed it. Fun one

Dark brown colour. Sure, there is the golden/maple syrup, but there seem to be a bit of strawberry aroma too; thick, extrememly sweet, good malt base.
