ABV: 5.6%. Murky matt - grey'ish medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, rye, funk, plums, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, funky, plums, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220512]

Tap@Forager TTO, Peders (12/05/2022) - Tart juicy fruity with some nice berry fruity notes, yeast, medium acidity, tart fruity close. Nice.

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen. Color is murky red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, some Black berries, plum, dryness, some Woody elements... very dry but little bit of weak flavors.

Tap. Hazy reddish color with white head. Aroma is mild plums, yoghurt, good funk. Taste is funky plums, a touch of tannins, fresh. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good!

Bottle share at the 3/13 PS tasting thanks to Brian! Blend 2. Murky pint, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of Oak, plum, berry, funk, leather. Taste is plum, lemon, pepper, funk. Bright.

On tap at Free the Whales. Pours a cloudy pink with medium frothy off white head. The aroma is yeast, plum, grape. Medium body, plum skin, grape, wheat, light tartness, very good.

Fat på Brewskival. Tjusigt persikorosa med vit krona. Mycket plommon, plommonkompott, citrus, fat, funk, rabarber och lite hallon. Gott, funkigt, snäll och fräscht.
