Flaska från Métaphore. Klar, gyllene med låg vit krona. Doftar och smakar som en ung oblandad lambic. Torra cidertoner, citrusskal, bittra äppelskal, vita druvor, bra beska, brett, fat. Lättdrucket, snyggt, enkelt. Ingen direkt komplexitet.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Batch L19 with 5.6% abv. Blond colour with light haze and lasting thin head. In the aroma there's a hint of woody tartness coming from the barrel. Wheaty too. There's lots of wood in the taste but balanced well with a fruity note of green grapes and fruity yeasty esters. Aftertaste is super dry and woody. A little funk too. Shares some commonalities and some complexities with special Gueuze varieties.
