A solid ipa that I have enjoyed for my birthday, yesterday, coming back from Froideville. Hot weather=ipa, this one is dry and fruity, a bit syrupy, peach, pineapple, tropical fruits, generous bitterness, hops, sensation of prosecco in the mouth, 12.06.21

hazy golden to orange colour, half inch of dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of orange zesty, grapefruity, pine resiny, biscuity, celery and slight pineapple notes; similar taste with definite hoppy bitterness, which is perfectly balanced by malty-syrupy sweetness; good one

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Bit hazy golden with white head. Dank cheesy hops, light malty with a caramel touch, light juicy notes too. Medium sweet, under medium bitter. Solid medium bodied. It’s good, but I have no idea why this should be the most expensive beer at the festival.
