Rhubarb is our favourite stem to throw at beers. For years we've added it to various sours but now we're turning it towards an IPA. We've hopped Barbarella with Mosaic, for its mix of tropical and berried flavours, and Centennial, for that trademark hit of refreshing citrus and pine. Into this has gone a whole bunch of rhubarb which we've fermented on our house yeast to lend a rounded, fruity finish.
