i znow mamy beczke po czerqwonym winie, takze hiszpanska Rioja. beczkowa debinoasc jest, ale jakos zamiast gron czy wina czulem jakies wisnie i maliny, nawet jakies soczkowe troche slodkawe. srednie cialo i niewielka piana, niczym wlosy Natalie Mars.:) fajna etykieta, wersja po Jacku Danielsie byla lepsza.

Bottle picked up from Mikkeller Webshop, Denmark and consumed at home Tuesday 30th March 2021 watching the Fyre Festival Documentary on Netflix, we had Spinach and three cheese Cannelloni. Pours almost black with a surprisingly lighter coloured head than expected. Roasted malts on nose, chocolate unsurprisingly red wine, hedgerow fruits. Similar touches in the flavour department, a nice tanginess from the barrel ageing adds an interesting element here.

Bottle, 10.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, wine, caramel, barrel and spices. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, barrel, spices, wine, sweet, dark fruit, little vanilla and a little bitter.

330ml bottle. Clear (?), darkest brown colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and fruity-spicy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, mahleb, plum, spiced bread, nuttily overtones. Taste is slightly dry, roasty, chocolately dark malty and minimally tart, fruity-spicy, hints of dark chocolate, notes of cherry, plum, mahleb, nutmeg, cinnamon, a touch of blue grapes, oak, nuttily overtones. Surprisingly light body, oily texture, soft, silky, slightly cloying palate, very fine, soft to flat carbonation. Very well balanced, well hidden alcohol, excellent combination of fruity- and spiciness, obviously perfect usage of the mahleb adjunct, rather impalpably BA contribution - very good.

Znowu odbior jakby bylo zdominowane tonka. Tylko w tej wersji troche mniej slodkie, troszke jakby tanicznosci, kapka cierpkosci. Dobre to jest, ale bez przesady ;)
