Similarly to our Grodziskie beer, we used malts that have been smoked using oak tree smoke. Rauchdoppelbock boasts an intense, smokey smell and aromas of bread and cookies with a hint of caramel. Solid body, full taste and a decent amount of alcohol guarantee zero boredom.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a dark reddish dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice bright peated smokiness, bacon, and toasted bready malt. Flavour is full of candied bacon, caramel, smoke, and bready malt. On the sweet side for a rauch but it works. Pleasant.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Woody smoke and toasted bready malts on the nose. Flavour has woody smoke, toasted bread, and dry brown sugars. A touch sweet, but still pretty solid.

Bottle at home. Pours black with a two finger wide beige head that dissipates quickly. Nose is chocolate, grains, toasted malts, toffee, molasses and caramel, bacon and smoke. Taste is sweet malty, chocolatey with hints of smoke and molasses. Not as intense as the aroma was. Closes with a sweetish malty and smoky finish, has a medium, slightly creamy body with soft carbonation. Drinks below the ABV.

Smoked ham, roasted malt, and caramel aroma. Burnt wood, smoked, very roasted malt, toffee, and a hint of dark fruits taste.

500ml bottle. Murky black with no head. Intense charcoal, leather, burnt malt, toffee, ashes, vanilla, single malt, tobacco, smoked ham, caramel. Smoky umami, intense bitterness, malty boozy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, low carbonated, smoky earthy bitter boozy finish. Wow.
