A second colab (after Demode) between us and the Łańcut Brewery, a beer brewed in an extremely demanding and niche style.
Similarly to our Grodziskie beer, we used malts that have been smoked using oak tree smoke. Rauchdoppelbock boasts an intense, smokey smell and aromas of bread and cookies with a hint of caramel. Solid body, full taste and a decent amount of alcohol guarantee zero boredom.

Rauchbier, ale nie ten klimat co Bamberg, ale i tak solidne wedzone piwo, sporo ciala i tresci niczym ilosc Ukrainskich uchodcow, spora dawka slodowosci, karmelu, kapke torfu, czekolady, Piana bezowa, trwala, spora. dobry posmak wedzony, oscypkowy, czy ostiepkowy! (zeby to slowacy sie nie czepiali, gdyz swojego oscypka w tatrach tez maja) w kazdym razie dobre i solidne piwo.

Almost no head after an eyeblink; dark brown beer. Very phenolic, pine tarr, oil paint, tarred poles, ripe banana. Smoked fish, mineral, phenols again and tarr, solvent; Not really full-bodied, but somehow filled; slick, alcoholwarming. Not as complex as a real Bamberger Rauch, the extra alcohol cannot compensate.

50cl bottle. Poured dark brown in color, off white head. Pleasant smoky aroma, meaty bacon notes. Full bodied with sweet malts, hint of chocolate as well. This is really good stuff.

Barwa ciemnomiedziana, klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie karmel, rodzynki, wędzonka w typie ogniska, drewna. W smaku dość słodkie, karmel, tosty przypalone, wędzonka. Goryczka niska, wysycenie niskie do średniego, sporo ciała. Całkiem przyzwoite.

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde. Hazy brown-amber with a thin, tan head. Aroma of smoked bacon, tobacco, wood, BBQ herbs, dried plum, pear, banana, nuts. Taste has sweet plum, pear & banana, estery profile pairing well with bitter herbs & nuts, constant smoky maltiness underneath with an edge of caramel. Herbal hoppy finish, lots of smoked wood, bacon & sweet dried fruits, warming liqueur alcohol. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. All elements coming together well, excellent!

W końcu pogoda na koźlaka. Wymagania wysokie bo dwa topowe browary którym ten styl powinien wyjść na wysokim poziomie. Barwa piękna ciemno miedziano-rubinowa, idealnie klarowne, sama wędzona bardzo przyjemna ogniskowa (nie kiełba czy oscypek, choć można się doszukiwac) na nienachalnym poziomie, widać że proporcje tak zachowane żeby nie zatracić charakteru bocka, jest ciemne pieczywo, melanoidy, czysty lagerowy charakter, alkohol genialnie ukryty, dawno nie piłem tak dobrego Polskiego podwójnego koźlaka wędzonego. Myślę że zasługuje na to aby browar powtarzał to piwo bo bardzo dobre w stylu, pije się z przyjemnością.
