50 cl bottle. Orange color,slightly hazy .Medium head.Poor retention.Grainy aroma with subtle cheese notes. Some roasted malt and spelt flavor. Medium sweetness. Medium body. Long bitter finish. Never tried something similar before.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a white head. Grainy, malty and slightly fruity aroma with hints of sultanas and orange. Malty taste with notes of rye, spelt, orange, grass and dried fruit.

Heller, dunkel getreidiger Beginn. Süffig, wenig herb, vollmundig. Angenehm getreidig, langer herb malziger Abgang. 9/8/9/9/11/9
50cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of Dinkel, grains, caramelized malt. Taste of caramelized malt, dinkel, straw, mild bitterness. Okay!

Bottle. Cloudy orange, golden foam. Minerallic dry, light fruity, dusty, a bit cake, grain edges, dry grainy base, chewy, a hint berries retronasal. Grain lovers feast.

Bottle. Hazy amber-reddish color with white head. Aroma is spelt spice, bready, lightly herbal. Taste is bready, spelt, black breadcrust, earthy-herbal. Mineraly chewy mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite nice and characterful!

Pours a dark orange color. Aroma is grain, cereal, dirt, spice, taste is sweet - light sour.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, deep golden to light-amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Fruit-accented aroma with notes of stonefruits, apricot, peach, accompanied by biscuity sweet malt. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready malty taste with notes of spelt, cautious fruity accents and present herbal hops, lingering into the bitter-sweet and spelty finish. 10.VII.16

Fläschla: Light chestnut-amber coloured, almost cloudy, loose and medium-sized "dirty" white head; mild to moderate sourish-sweetish grainy-bready nose, some well hidden bitterness hardly detectable, shy yeasty aromas underneath; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, almost medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering sourish and sweetish grainy finish. Yes. Not exciting, but very well drinkable...
