Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Hereford Beer House. Pours clear, rich honey-gold with a modest, frothy white head. Fairly sweet, nice rich wheat bread character, a little yeast, honeydew, clove, sun-kissed straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes on the sweet side but still quite well balanced, more hearty wheat bread, a little yeast, banana chips. Tasty hefe.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimalyl lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly biscuity, bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly spicy aroma, notes of banana, speculoos, a touch of allspice, baked apple, baked banana. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly biscuity, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and mildly yeasty spicy, hints of banana, baked banana, baked apple, a touch of speculoos, cinnamon, clove, minimally leafy, hoppy overtones. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Creamy, very nice spiciness, nice fruitiness, maybe a tad too sweet - really good Hefeweizen.

Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk on a picnic blanket. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. Had to rouse the yeast from the bottom of the bottle.. rich banana aroma. Like a toffee banana. I liked it. Not much spice some pepper on hop finish. Really enjoyed it. Like Toffo Banana flavour sweets.

Swing top bottle. Orange blonde, cloudy, creamy lasting head. Banana, tangerine and a hint of glue and butter in the aroma. Buttery yoghurt flavor with banana, tangerine and clove. Not really a 13-in-a dozen hefe weizen.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with fluffy white head. Aroma is mineraly, light bananas, peach, a touch clove. Taste is sweet peach, mineraly, bananas, quite balanced. Soft mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nothing remarkable in terms of flavour, just plain good and balanced.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.
