50% Cinsault, 25% Carignan, 25% Alicante - bottled 22 novembre 2019
Fruity. Tannins. Milder sweetness. Tartness soft.
Cantillon tasting. Sour, tart, fruity, vinous. Nice red grapes, some sweetness, finishes dry. Excellent.

0,75l from bottle at the brewery. Reddish color, small white head. Smells grapes, red wine, berry notes, light sweet current notes, light tannins, parfumy. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, tannins, red wine, spices, peppery, oak, spices. Finishes dry and light to medium sour notes of grapes, tannins and spices. Very lovely

Marjane, hapu, viinamarjane, tummine, magus, kuiv, suht happeline, viinamarjavarred. Hea.
To faktycznie istnieje i jest zajebiste. Mega intensywna winogronowosc, faktycznie niecodzienna, pewnie dzieki bpendowaniu. Troche dzikosci w tle, i to takiej smisznej, jakby spoconoskorzanej. Aromat dosc slodki, w uscie tez jeszcze nie calkiem wytrawne.
