(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit, peaches, pineapple, barnyard, a touch of white bread and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, grapefruit, unripe tropical fruit, barnyard, yeast and some vinegar in a tart and dry finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made, with a refreshing acidity. Very nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is vegetal, cooked corn, spelt, fresh yeast. Taste is vegetal, heavy of it, cereals, grainy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not very good unfortunately.

High citric acidity, medium presence of funk & an intriguing floral edge. Perhaps a bit too sour for what I'd prefer but still a good sour.

(750ml from Systembolaget web order) Pours a very murky dark gold with a small, very active and extremely short lived head that fizzes away to nothing in an instant without lace. Aroma is rather tart and quite floral, though in a lighter, not heavily perfumed or cloying way. Lemon-lime acidity, a touch lactic, subtle white wine notes, maybe some gooseberry, fresh cut grass, earthy funk layer beneath, moderate barnyard with wet hay. Flavour is rather sour lemon-lime juice dominant with a bit of sweetness to it too, quite zesty, cut grass, earthy notes towards the finish, a little funky Brett horse blanket too. Malts are very understated, slightly bready later in the sip but largely neutral. White grape skins in the finish. Lactic acidity follows all the way through the sip to the aftertaste, lightly mineral. Light to medium bodied with effervescent carbonation that prickles a bit. Overall, a quite solid tart saison on the sour side, perhaps the lemon-lime character takes over a bit much but it is tasty.
