Cahb. You want the juice? We brought the juice! Sometimes you just need to take a look at the hops you have available in your store and go “I feel like making something really special”. Citra and Galaxy – need we say more. Pure orange sherbert on the nose, with fresh squeezed mango juice to boot. On the palate, Galaxy takes the stage and shows exactly why it’s one of the most sought-after hop varietals on the planet. Passionfruit, peach, and citrus notes a-plenty, paired up with huge mouthfeel thanks to the generous helping of oats in the mash. All wrapped up in a healthy lashing of LA3 for maximum suspension, this is exactly where we want our DIPAs to be.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 04/10/20. Murky orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, grapefruit zest, light weed, peach, sweet malts, mixed tropicana. Taste comprises orange pith, pine resin, chalky minerals, grapefruit zest, punchy tropical fruits, light boosty kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid DIPA ... perhaps a touch too much minerality to stop this being a great.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, a light fine minerally crispness. Thin malts bring a reasonable sweetness. Savoury skunky hops, semi dry crisp pine. Whisper of yellow grapefruit in to a mellow citrus. A little spice on the finish. Lacks a big fruity burst in the middle but tasty and drinkable nonetheless.
