Gem Condition is the Bourbon Barrel Aged apex of our mint chocolate chip ice cream-inspired sweet stout, #MintCondition. Brewed with lactose for a dense, creamy texture, aged for over a year in a blend of top-shelf bourbon barrels, and finished with mint and Ecuadorian cacao nibs, this 14.27% ABV Imperial Stout is -- as any collectible grading rubric will confirm -- virtually perfect.

Fairly thick, sweet, boozy. Dark chocolate, herbal mint, bourbon. Creamy and smooth, very nice.
