One of the last beverage that I have shared with Raoul, on the last thursday. Refreshing and rather classical cider, not an expert. This one.is really fruity and sparkling at the beginning, apple with a side of pear, more light and watery at the final, 25.04.2022, at the 3 14 or ex pibar, Lausanne.

20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Switzerland rating #50. Pours clear bright gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma started mucky but faded, apple core, woody, light funky notes. Moderate sweetness. Medium tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Good.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2019 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of apple, funky, musty. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with some orchardy funk, woody, herby hints, with vanilla and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy, leathery, vanilla custard, surprisingly similar to Möhl, the standard Thurgau Most. Taste is sulphuric, vanilla, custard. Oily-chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good but not amazing, I guess it's the character of these apples.
