Black Danish Wild Ale with Raspberries and Vanilla Beans. Aged 18 Months. The Art of Decadence series of beers is aimed at exploring flavors that are often described as or associated with decadence (a behavior that shows a love of self indulgence) by blending and use of fruits and adjuncts. These are not dessert or pastry beers, but instead focus on flavors that are often described as being decadent and putting them in a situation that can only make the mind wonder... is this self indulgent? Blend 3 includes the use of full flavored black malts. These malts were used in a unique way lending a chocolate brownie like flavor with no bitterness that pairs perfectly with the fresh Glen Ample Raspberries and Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans.

Drucken på flaska på Baghaven. Mörk med hallon, körsbär, vanilj, hallonlakrits, fat. Spännande smakbild men mörka surisar är lite tröttsamma i längden. Men visst är det gott

Draught @ MBCC 2022, Copenhagen. Pours red amber with a small head. Woody and red fruity. Dry and tart. Lovely.

75 cl bottle. Pours dark brown to deep red. Shortlived head. Aroma is smooth raspberries. Vanilla. Sour, dry and citric raspberries. Softend by vanilla. Lingering vanilla and deep raspberry fruity far finish.

Flaska från Mikkeller. Brunsvart med beige krona. Ruskigt häftig kombo av särskilt hallon och den rostade malten. Bra fruktighet och syra från hallonen tillsammans med lakritstoner, lite kola och en touch viol från malten. Lite mindfuck, men väldigt snygg och intressant. Gott.
