Aroma: very nice mix of cognac barrel and funk, a built fruity with some sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, surprisingly acetic.
Overall: good.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled . yellow hazy color, small white head. smells wood, glue, light horse radish, spices, curry. Nice smell, on the tart side. full body, soft carbonation. tastes wood, earthy, horse radish, spices, peppery. finishes lightly dry and medium sour with notes of horse radish, earthy and wood. Nice one, balance could be a bit better

Gorgeous, there’s a musty note at first, but all volatile molecules that fade quickly. Fruit and nut, lovely funk. Smooth.

Heerlijke versie dit, erg smooth, wat funky, kaasachtig, hot, maar ook kruidig, dacht dat ik hem al eens had gehad maar nee, waarom heb ik dit niet eerder gehad, dit is fantastisch.

Dry, sour, woody. Actually do think I'm getting notes of cognac, funky rustic, earthy. Brilliant.

Bottle, 750 ml at Cantillon. 2020 vintage. Shared with Miro B and Miro. Clear golden with medium white head. Lots of barrel, cognac, some fruit, quite sour, dry. Medium bodied. Interesting one, wonder how it will age.

Takie dziwne, jakby bylo w beczkach debowych a nie po czyms... drewniano-cierpkawe w uscie. Pachnie fajowo. Ale rozczarowanie. Najprawdopodobniej to problem butelek Marka a inne sa super :)
