Elder sister of our Fraîcheur, it is too strong to be drunk during the day, hence «La Fraîcheur du Soir» (evening cool). A double wheat beer, i.e. brewed with about twice the amount of grain used for its little sister, containing pilsner malt, unmalted wheat and oats grown at the foot of the Jura mountains, cilantro, bitter orange peel, Magnum, Tettnanger and Spalter Select hops, fermented with a Belgian witbier yeast, and bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.

By nature a full-bodied beer, with a lovely initial sweet edge, a solid fruitiness, a sharp touch and citrus and spicy notes leading to a moderate final bitterness, La Fraîcheur du Soir will appeal to both casual drinkers looking for an easy-to-drink yet tasty beer and seasoned beer buffs looking for intensity and complexity. It goes perfectly with many desserts ans strong cheeses.
