10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. 2018 vintage. Stronger sour. Lower carbonation. Apricot funk. Some darker malts as well.

33cl bottle. A orange brown beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour dark fruits apricot, grapes, berries. Taste of sour cherries, apricot, wood, brett.

Deutlich säuerlicher Beginn. Sämig, minimale Herbe, leichter Essigstisch. Fruchtig, trocken, mittellanger Abgang. Gut! 9/10/11/11/10/11

Smooth, sourish, fresh-malty, caramel with hints of sourish cherries. Nice, smooth. A bit viscous.
