440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur city centre. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a rich, smooth, mineral, juicy peachy nectarine, light dank, light pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A real “session” IIPA!!

Tall can from Brewcraft at home. Hazy opaque dull orange peach with puffy fine white head that forms thin layer after a few min. Aroma is dank hop very wet grassy leafy, a bit of food smell, like a crisp fresh vegetal bite, then tropical fruit around the edges, honey too. Some alcohol. Lots going on. Taste is bitter - pithy citrus fruit like a lot of hazy IPAs, but then fresh green vegetal bite. Unusual. Also some tropical fruit in the middle. Finish is then prickly bitter bite with a bit of booze. Palate is excellent - fluffy and rich without being heavy. Fine carbonation. Interesting - the slightly vegetal element adds a twist which isn’t my favorite but it sort of works. Very finely crafted. Worth a try for sure despite the price.

From a 440ml can on 7/3/2021 (shared with Butz). Pours a cloudy medium golden with a small to medium head. The nose is honeyed, floral and slightly zesty. On the sip, there's a lot going on, albeit it's very cohesive and even subtle - orange, lemon, lime and honey, with a quite sharp and slightly spicy bitterness finishing off proceedings. The mouthfeel is pillowy and just a touch creamy, the carbonation moderate to average. Excellent, which is no real surprise.
