Angeblich gibt es die Brauerei nicht mehr. Als ich vor einem halben Jah in Pilsen war, konnte ich von der Brauerei an der angegebenen Adresse nichts finden. Ein Biergeschäft in einem Brünner AUßenbezirk hatte aber noch einige Flaschen zum Verkauf. Um das Bier ist es tatsächlich schade, da es wirklich wunderbar schmeckt. Der amerikanische Aromahopfen ist ausgezeichnet eingesetzt und erfreut mit einem tollen Aromenreigen nach Zitronengras, Gras, Thymian und Lavendel und allerlei Aromen, wo man noch mehr hineininterpretieren kann. Auf jeden Fall ein sehr empfehlenswertes Bier.

Draught @ Beer Factory, Pilsen. Pours clear golden with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, bread, grasss, light fruit. Flavor is lightly bitter, malt, grainy, bready, grassy, light fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 080820

On tap at Caledonian Inn, Spånga. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of mild hops, malt and some hints of butter. The same in the taste, also some fruit. The bitterness was on the light side. An ok one.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden body, white head. Dry aroma, currant and herbs. Dry taste, currant, maltiness, some light herbal touches too. Okay really, nothing more, nothing less.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is piney, herbal, a bit vegetal. Taste is the same. Quite a bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Ok.

On tap at Beer Factory, Plzen. RBESG2019. Hazy golden, small creamy white head. Light to a medium hoppy aroma, very gentle, citrusy, herbal. Soft fruity aromas, light hops. Very light bitterness. Soft and toasty, slightly bready. Some sweetness, some butter. Soft texture. Light finish.

Draught @ the brewpub, Pilsen. Pours hazy darkish straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with notes of yeast and mild touches of malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste with mild citric touches. Quite refreshing but nothing illuminating.
