Brewed from Pilsner malt and spelt, hopped with Brewers Gold, East Kent Goldings and Hallertau Blanc, enriched with Curaçao orange peel and fermented with Belle Saison yeast. A classic Saison-‘nose’, refreshing, pleasant citrus tones and a dry finish make this an especially tasty Saison.

Heavy gusher! Pours a hazy golden colour and a white head that leaves a thin blanket. Aroma's of lemony fruit, light herbs, some hops. Retronasal: fruity, light lemony sour, light sweet, herbs. Flavour is light bitter with hints of saison-ish sourness. Light medium bodied. High carbonation (duh). Finishes with a bit of funk, ending fairly bitter.

@home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale straw yellow colour, small moussy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, light yeast, herbal notes. Fresh taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, hay, light citric notes. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, orange pith, cahlky and herbal notes, nice.
