Strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla. 14%. Nuff said.

This is a very jammy mead. It seems as if you’ve got a delicious strawberry jam in your glass. The subtle tartness of the rhubarb balances the sweetness quite nicely. A hint of vanilla on the back palate.

Pours a beautifull, clear, peachy red. Scent is strawberry jam. Taste is silky, smooth and fairly thick. Strawberry jam, the rhubarb is very mild and brings more of a balance factor, than an extra taste. Very jammy, Vanilla is very mild, if even recognizable. Some honey in the back. Pretty good, but I still prefer superstition's strawberry sunrise.
