In my opinion, this beer is not my favourite from this brewery. There is a taste really tough at the palate, some olive, sour, hop, 20.07.2017, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne, finding it probably at les produits du terroir avenue de Morges, Lausanne, nowadays closed.

opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense off-white head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma of grainy, hay, grassy, some sweat and cardboard notes; taste of metallic bitterness and sourish notes; not really good...well, in fact, it is quite bad...practically undrinkable...ok, I gave up after the 3rd sip - IT IS BAD LIKE SH_T --- Beer merged from original tick of Vallorbiere Local Blonde on 25 Nov 2023 at 17:43 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.
