It is an interesting beer, more dry than the raisinée, generous malt, hop, good sensation in the mouth, yeast, brown body, 30.03.2017, tasting it at the Johana's house, close to Porsel, buying it at les produits du terroir, Lausanne.

hazy brown colour, uncontrollably huge brown-ish beige head (i.e. it just blows out from the bottle giving you no chance to keep in the glass) which collapses unexpectedly quickly; aroma of dried sour cherry an plum, some cocoa powder, and slight nutty notes; taste of dried sour cherry, sour cherry juice, some dark chocolate and some red wine notes; not bad at all
