Bottle 55 of 186. Deep brown color with beige head. Aroma is mild peat, considerably less hardcore aroma than the Laphroaig one, good smoke and meat, very delicate. Taste is super balanced between the peat and the woodsmoke, juicy Franconian drinkability, some minerals, pretty dry but with some body. Almost champenoise carbonation. Very good!
Bottle 161 of 186. Such a beauty!

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing! Fantastic deep smokey beginning. Lots of wood and peated whisky. Deep, dry malty with an intense woody peated aroma in the back. Great balanced. Fantastic!

Biggest thank you to kappldav123 for sharing! A darkest red brown in the glass. Smooth peated whisky on the nose with some toasted wood. Taste starts malty with smoked bacon, smooth, mid alcoholic bitterness. Really pleasant stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Bottle number 162/186. Looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Wonderful smokey-malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more roasty, woody, smokey. Spicy-woody background. More and more alcoholic, smokey, some herbal notes as well. Warming malty-smokey finish, not too intense woody. Maybe a bit more balanced than the Laphroaig version. Really nice!
