Our new Double West Coast-style IPA was dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Michigan Chinook, and Cascade. The body is light-medium, with a slightly off-white head. The aroma is well balanced with tropical fruit and pine. On the palate, notes of mango, citrus, and passion fruit. Finishes with a slow fading bitterness.

16 oz can dated Feb 10, 2021. A golden pour with a white head and a fine particle haze. Piney, spicy hop aromas. Flavor again leans toward the piney hops, spicy hops, some herbal/grassy hops. Pretty good bitterness, and pretty tasty overall. I can imagine a fresher can would be even better, though.

Can from Livonia Liquor. This slaps as the kids say. Great west coast DIPA. True to style and proper hop bill. Drying finish, super crushable and ABV hidden masterfully.
