Our new recipe (for 2021) Lost is here. This planet first German-style Pilsner is a 4.5% lager brewed using wind power, a third less water, and would-be waste bread in the malt bill. The addition of Select, Spalter and Saphir hops combine vibrant citrus and herbal notes for an iconic lager taste that's both crisp and refreshing.

27/6/2026. Can at the ITFC world cup beer share. From BrewDog, courtesy of ITFCDan. It’s an okay lager, easy drinker in the sunshine.

Bottle from Asda. It seems this Brewdog Lost is different to the last Brewdog Lost beer I had 2 years prior. I wish they would just give it a new name, I get easily confused you know! Clear gold, small but consistent white head. Very grainy aroma, some sweetness, some floral-grassiness; nothing special but seems fresher than most supermarket lagers. Taste is more mellow and pleasant than expected; there is some cereal graininess but offset by a sweetness and fruity middle and floral-grassy notes in the finish. Nice smoothness and soft carbonation in the mouthfeel as well. Much better than expected - one of the best supermarket lagers around.

Can on the Eurostar after a 2.5 hour delay in GdN. I was in the interminable queue with a number of other Brits so the banter was good. And this beer, bought from the train cafe, hit the spot and was gone in less than 5 minutes. The delay was because the e passport gates had crashed. Brexit, the gift that keeps on giving....
