Our new recipe (for 2021) Lost is here. This planet first German-style Pilsner is a 4.5% lager brewed using wind power, a third less water, and would-be waste bread in the malt bill. The addition of Select, Spalter and Saphir hops combine vibrant citrus and herbal notes for an iconic lager taste that's both crisp and refreshing.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some herbal and mild toasted tones. Flavour is grass, bread, some herbal and grassy tones with mild toast as well. Nice honeyish tones in the aftertaste.

(Can) Pours clear pale gold with small white head. Not a lot of aroma; slightly bready, slightly grassy. Light body, lively, almost fizzy, carbonation. Citrus and grassy start. Some bready malt note appear transiently in the mid palate. Dry hoppy finish. Fine but not very interesting.
