Patience For Eylenbosch - Pale Ale Speciale

Amberkleurig bier met veel stevig schuim wat ng blijft staan. Smaak is bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van karamel, wat kardemon, gras en groenten. Bijzondere maar best aangename smaak.

33cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of caramelized and mild reddish malt. Taste of herbal malt, caramel, red malt, some yeast.

Sample at Zythos 2022, darker orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, citrus, light hops. Taste is the same, malty, floral, citrus, light fruit. Bitter aftertaste, average at best

Slow gusher. Clear copper colour with dense head. Aroma and flavour are strong with malts. Subtle sweetness. It's predominantly grainy. Full bodied. Floral hop bitterness that grows and grows in the aftertaste.

Clear reddish orange beer, nice creamy dense off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of ripe to overripe banana, yeasty, caramel, very malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good dry and bitter start, bit malty, grains, cow fodder, hay, banana and banana peel, bit sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, little chemical, malty, banana peel, bit metallic, not bad, not great.
