Pours clear pale golden. Scent is very interesting. Fruit seeds, like pommegranate pîts but of course different than exactly that. probably the Cranberry, a fruit i'm less familiar with. Peaches are milder, providing a certain complexity and funk along with the honey. Taste is fairly thick and sweet, very funky honey, extremely floral and full. A taste that keeps on going, Fruits are very mild. Perhaps even to be ignored when we talk about how amazing the honey profile is here. Maybe due to, or in combo with, the fruits - it delivers a field of flowers right in a small sip. Talk about consentration. This is spring in a glass !
