0,5 l on ta. Pours hazy amber with medium white head. Aroma of caramel and malt, very little hop character. Taste is medium sweet and low bitter. Finish is short.

On tap, drunk at Zur Stub'n. Not sure about the alk%. Nice dark brown-red color and lasting head, mildly carbonated, woody maltiness with a moderately slim body. Quite tasty foresty bitterness with a smooth bite. Unexpectedly tasty.

From tap at Villacher Biereck in Austria while waiting for the night train to Rome. Muddy orange amber. Slightly fruity aroma and taste of ale malt, papaya, bananas and moderate hops.

Tap at Felsenkeller. Looks good in the glass, zippy, nice head. Fruoty aroma. Starts mild, malty, modest fruity. Hints of mango. Finish less fruity, dry-malty with some wheaty notes. Okay.

On tap at Biereck in Villach-Austria. Hazy bright orange/amber pour, medium off white foam with retention. Nose: punch of caramel, relevant honey notes, more honey. Mouth: balanced carbo, elegant feel of spicy and honey, the sweetness is elegant and balanced. Very nice, unexpected. Lacks a bit of consistency only. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
