This intense ruby red beer is a bowl of cherries – both literally and figuratively. A gigantic bowl! Brewed with half a tonne of juicy fruit this beer goes all-in on red. Sweet, sour, and very boozy – one too many cans could be your kiss of death.

Can picked up from www.drankgigant.nl, nr Vlissengen, Netherlands. Had this sat outside in the garden, Sunday 27th June 2021 after a simply wonderful weekend down in Mittenwald. Pours cherry red with a pink hued head that sadly didn't last long. Fruity (cherry of course) tangy, tart and sour. On a Zoom chat with friends Lynn and Barry so rating a little brief, but it's a great effort, nice beer.

Tap at Lokaal Duinoord. Clear ruby with deep pink head. Lots of cherries, wheat, light dusty herbs, doughy, corn tortillas, cooked raspberries. Over medium sour, just medium sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied.
