Malziger, hefiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit etwas Karamell, leicht hefig, etwas Citrus, würzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

330 ml bottle, bottled 11.Mai 2017. Thanks to Werckmeister!
Orange, cloudy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of dough, grass, flowers, banana, sweet berries, red apples, lemongrass, spices, some herbs.
Tastes quite similar, with some more citric and sour fruit notes and subtle marzipan.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, spicy, yeasty, subtly sweet, fruity, a bit bready, floral, a bit hoppy.
Very nice. Aromatic and diverse, with lots of yeasty, fruity and malty notes. Well balanced, with the right levels of sweetness, spiciness, dryness and even some refreshing sourness. Not the most unique style example, but a very solid, old-school Saison.

0,1l from tap at Craft Beer Fest Waidhofen Ybbs. Orange hazy colour, small white head. smells belgian yeasty, very light caramel, bubblegum, some herbs, bit flowery. nice smell. Full body, very nice slick carbonation, soft mouthfeel. tastes flowery, caramel, grassy, bit citric, light banana, some herbs, light bubble gum, very light belgian yeast. finishes lightly sweet with notes of flowers, citrus and banana. very nice one, very good to drink, great complexity, almost a bit sweet for a saison, but not distracting at all.
