Tap:Hazy, amber coloured, medium-sized and lacy off-white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet malty and fruity nose with a mild but distinctive herbal-hoppy background; mild to moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, not too soft; slightly lingering malty - fruity finish with a bitter aftertaste. O.K., but many of the traditional franconian village-brews are better...

Tap at the Franconian Beerfest 2019. DMS veggie nose underlying toasty malts, cooked cabbage. Hazy deep amber. Toasty malt flavor, light caramel, spicy hops, DMS. Needs work.

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is veggies, light ceremal, caramel. Taste is veggies, caramel, a bit earthy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. A bit irritating.
