From our Local Lager Series comes this rich, ruby-colored lager brewed with Vienna & Munich Dark from Riverbend Malt and Bruehmalt & Olfaction from Epiphany Craft Malt lending notes of winter spice and cherry jam on toast. This winter lager is light on the palate and utilizes local ingredients. We like it A LOT!

Brown in color with a two-finger tan head. Really nice beer, one of Hi-wire's best. Pleasant caramel with hints of roasted grains and roasted nuts.

Very easygoing, affable bock. Gentle notes of caramel, toasted pumpernickel, and cocoa, with a mild yeastiness on the finish. Makes a helluva boilermaker with some Larceny.

Chocolate-caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Medium brown with moderate tan head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet chocolate-caramel malt and mildly bitter, astringent fresh hay flavor. Good body and balance. Well made.
