Bottle. Amber beer with a reasonable frothy head. The aroma is toffee with yeastiness and bitterness, and the flavour is also toffee and bitter with yeastiness. Overall a nice English style pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden amber with a nice head. Nose - fruit salad and a bit grainy. Faint though. Taste - tinned apples and peaches. More biscuit malt in the background. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a but astringent on the finish though.
