Can at home from Clapton Craft. A mostly clear peach reddy pink coloured pour with a halo of pink froth. Aroma is dry reddy berries, cranberries, pithy, light winter spices, woody sour. Flavour is composed of tart prickly berries, woody sour, light mouldy funk, red grape skins, dry pithy finish. Palate is dry and pithy, chalky finish, highish prickly carbonation.
