Bottled 330ml (Biertonne)
Hazy amber-orange colour, small white head. Aroma has toffee, honey and Belgian yeast. Medium-bodied. Malts, toffee, vanilla, honey, Belgian yeasty spiceyness, light alcohol. Wood is not dominating, quite old school -style Tripel. Good.

Grainy Ale nose. The beer is slightly sourish with fruity parts. Hints of grain, caramel. Not too much depth, very soft with a grainy caramelly finish. Easy to drink with soft finish.

Bottle shared. Hazy golden with small white head. Sweet malts, apricot, soft vanilla, yeast, orange, oak, spruce, juniper. Over medium sweet, medium bitter. Almost full bodied, slight boozy finish. Quite OK for a Dutch tripel, at least it's not super yeasty and the wood adds something.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermeisje', best before January 2023. Slightly hazy, deep orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral, minimally yeasty-spicy aroma of vanilla, bread, honey, nuts and caramel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of caramel, vanilla, honey, bread and nuts, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, quite woody, a little yeasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting Strong Ale with subtle Belgian character and lots of wood, nice to sip on.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour. Aroma of lots of malt, orange, yeast esters, oak and herbal hop. Taste has creamy orange zest, oak, vanilla, rich malt, little booze, yeast esters and bitter herbal hop. Quite dense. The oak and bitter hops make it a bit different from most tripels. Not bad.
